Are you an experienced logistics professional with leadership skills? As a Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll lead the warehouse team on a daily basis, monitor the progress of operations, and ensure that processes run safely, efficiently, and according to schedule.
What you will do
- You will lead, coach, and motivate a team of warehouse employees and foster a positive, results-oriented work environment.
- You will coordinate daily warehouse operations, from receiving goods to order processing and shipping.
- You monitor productivity, quality, and inventory accuracy and make adjustments as needed.
- You identify opportunities for improvement within processes and translate these into practical optimizations on the shop floor.
- You will ensure compliance with safety regulations, procedures, and work instructions and actively contribute to a safe work environment.
What to bring
- You have an MBO 4 level of work and thinking.
- You have several years of experience in a warehouse environment, preferably in a role as Team Leader, Supervisor, or similar.
- You communicate clearly and professionally in both Dutch and English.
- You have strong organizational skills, work in a structured manner, and enjoy taking the initiative.
- You have experience with WMS systems and a good understanding of logistics and warehouse processes.
- You are a natural leader who knows how to motivate, coach, and help employees grow.
