Transport Planner Benelux

For our transportation organization, we are looking for a Benelux Planner with a passion for logistics and transportation. Every day, we handle shipments to and from Spain and ensure that customers can count on reliable, efficient, and personalized service. You’ll join a close-knit team of experienced transportation professionals who work together every day to solve the logistics puzzle. What you will do
- You will plan and coordinate daily national shipments, ensuring the optimal allocation of resources and routes.
- You’ll maintain close contact with drivers, customers, loading and unloading locations, and transportation partners to ensure a smooth process.
- You will efficiently deploy your own fleet and external chartered vehicles, continuously adapting to current transportation demand.
- You identify operational deviations in a timely manner and immediately propose appropriate solutions.
- You monitor delivery times and service agreements and ensure high customer satisfaction.
What to bring
- You have experience as a transportation planner (within Europe) and feel at home in a dynamic logistics environment.
- You can handle stress well and make quick, well-considered decisions, even when the pressure is high.
- You work with precision and think in terms of solutions, always keeping an eye on quality and efficiency.
- You have strong communication skills and interact easily with customers, drivers, and colleagues.
- You have an excellent command of Dutch and can communicate well in English; Spanish is a plus.
