Warehouse Team Leader

For our Maasvlakte location we are looking for a motivated leader who effortlessly combines safety, quality and operational excellence. Take charge of one of our halls and steer your team to the highest level within an ambitious and growing family business.
What you will do
- You will set up the hall schedule in consultation with the warehouse manager and ensure efficient allocation of work.
- You will coordinate goods storage and logistics processes within the warehouse.
- You will monitor operations involving (potentially) packaged hazardous materials and ensure compliance with procedures.
- You will monitor the progress, quality and safety of work and make adjustments as needed.
- You will provide operational support and jump in when needed.
What we ask of you
- You have at least MBO 4 working and thinking level.
- You have a good command of the Dutch and English languages, both oral and written.
- You will have at least 1 year of managerial experience in a similar logistics position, including experience with ADR.
- You are communicatively strong, stress-resistant and can quickly shift gears in a dynamic work environment.
- You are customer- and quality-oriented and have strong organizational skills.
