As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll be in daily contact with customers, agencies, and aviation partners around the world. You’ll turn inquiries into successful quotes, maintain valuable relationships, and play a key role in bringing in new business. No two days are the same, and it’s precisely that variety that makes this position so appealing. Together, we work toward growth, development, and long-term customer relationships.
What you will do
- You will be responsible for preparing, submitting, and following up on quotes for national and international customers.
- You’ll maintain daily contact with existing and potential customers, as well as with our global network of partners.
- You’ll schedule appointments for the field sales team and help expand the customer base.
- You will handle all after-sales activities and ensure an excellent customer experience.
- You’ll request rates from airlines and GSAs and convert them into competitive sales rates.
- You will identify commercial opportunities in the market and actively contribute to the growth of the air freight operations.
What to bring
- You have a truly hands-on mindset and thrive in a dynamic logistics environment.
- You have strong communication skills and are fluent in Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing.
- You think in terms of solutions, take initiative, and have the confidence to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
- You have logistics knowledge; experience or knowledge of air freight is a strong plus.
- Work experience in the logistics sector is a plus.
- You are customer-focused, have a business-minded approach, and know how to build and maintain strong relationships.
