What you will do

  • You will independently carry out HR projects and take the initiative in organization-wide improvement initiatives.
  • You will develop, implement, and optimize HR policies that align with the organization’s goals.
  • You will advise management and supervisors on a wide range of HR issues.
  • You analyze HR data and translate insights into concrete improvement actions.
  • You will provide support with complex cases, such as labor disputes, absenteeism management, and organizational changes.
  • You will coach employees, managers, and teams in their professional development.
  • You’ll monitor developments in laws and regulations and apply them in practice.

What you will do

What to bring

  • You have a higher vocational education (HBO) level of work and thinking, preferably with a focus on HRM.
  • You have experience in a similar role or are ready to take the next step in your career.
  • You have knowledge of labor law and HR processes or are motivated to further develop your skills in these areas.
  • You combine an analytical mindset with a pragmatic and results-oriented approach.
  • You communicate easily at various levels within the organization.
  • You take initiative, think in terms of solutions, and actively contribute to improvements.
  • Experience in or an affinity for the logistics sector is a plus.
