What you will do

  • You will organize and coordinate shipments from start to finish and ensure the entire logistics process runs smoothly.
  • You’ll maintain daily contact with customers, carriers, agents, and colleagues to coordinate shipments as efficiently as possible.
  • You identify business opportunities and actively contribute to high customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
  • You analyze operational challenges, resolve issues, and adapt quickly when situations require it.
  • You will ensure the accurate and timely administrative processing of shipping files and related documentation.

What you will do

What to bring

  • You have an MBO+ or HBO level of work and thinking, preferably in the field of logistics or transportation.
  • You must have at least 2 years of experience as a freight forwarder, transportation planner, or in a similar logistics role.
  • You have a good command of Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing; knowledge of German is a plus.
  • You have experience with TMS, ERP, and Microsoft Office systems and handle administrative processes with precision.
  • You have knowledge of logistics processes, transportation laws, and relevant regulations within the industry.
