You make sure every export shipment runs like clockwork

Are you a practical person who likes to take the lead and finds it important to work in a close-knit team? Then this position in the export department of Neele Vat is for you. As Export forwarder you are involved in export shipments from beginning to end. You keep an overview, switch quickly and work daily with colleagues to ensure everything runs smoothly. Within the team, cooperation, mutual consultation and togetherness are key. We work hard, but also make room for fun and collegiality.

What you will do

  • You will organize and coordinate export shipments, including planning vehicles and efficient routes.
  • You will supervise shipments from A to Z and spot deviations in a timely manner, which you proactively resolve.
  • You will monitor the pickup and delivery of shipments, making sure everything goes according to schedule and agreements.
  • You will handle complete documentation and administration, such as export documents and transport files.
  • You will work closely with colleagues and carriers, requesting quotes, purchasing shipments and maintaining contacts.
