Your role as a Customer Service Employee
As a Customer Service Representative, you are an important link between customer, warehouse and transportation. You ensure that logistics files are followed up correctly and on time.
What you will do
Your duties will include:
Entering and processing orders
Tracking shipments from A to Z
Daily customer contact (by phone and email)
Preparation of ADR instructions
Ad hoc response to changes in planning or transportation
In logistics, not everything always goes according to plan. You stay calm under pressure, think solution-oriented and communicate clearly with all parties involved.
What we ask of you
At least 1 year of experience in a logistics or customer service position
Eager to work in a team
Have a good knowledge of Dutch and English
Stress resistant and you can switch gears quickly
Experience with customs or ADR is a plus, but not a must.
