Take on a key role in our logistics transformation!

Neele-Vat is professionalizing and standardizing its processes and application landscape. A key step in this process is the comprehensive and structured mapping of our warehouse and transportation processes: from physical goods flows to system operations, integrations, and customer-specific exceptions. This documentation will serve as the foundation for optimization, standardization, and further digitization in the coming years. To this end, we are building a team of process analysts led by our Lead Product Owner. We are seeking analysts for the warehousing and transportation domains. What you will do

  • You will map out the current processes at each location and document them clearly, for example using BPMN.
  • You will analyze and document customer-, location-, and department-specific exceptions and customizations, including the underlying reasons.
  • You will organize and facilitate workshops and interviews with operational management, key users, and team leaders.
  • You will translate all insights into validated process documentation that serves as the foundation for the next steps in the process.
  • You’ll grow alongside the organization and have the opportunity to advance toward roles such as process owner, product owner, or implementation lead.

What you will do

What to bring

  • You have a higher vocational education (HBO) or university (WO) level of work and thinking.
  • You have proven experience in contract logistics/3PL and understand the difference between an in-house logistics operation and logistics as a service, including customer-specific solutions.
  • You have experience with process modeling, such as BPMN, value stream mapping, or a similar methodology.
  • You are fluent in both Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing.
  • You are willing to work regularly at our various locations throughout the Benelux.
