Will you be our new Accounts Payable Specialist?
Are you looking for a varied and enjoyable position within a friendly team?
Are you a detail-oriented administrative professional with experience in financial administration? We’re looking for a new colleague to join our accounts payable department in Pernis for 32 to 40 hours per week. In this role, you’ll ensure invoices are processed correctly, maintain contact with suppliers, and help ensure our financial processes run smoothly. You’ll be part of a dedicated team where hard work, collaboration, and a friendly atmosphere go hand in hand.
What you will do
- You will manage and process emails from various inboxes and ensure timely follow-up.
- You will accurately process purchase invoices and ensure proper record-keeping.
- You will process payments and ensure accurate financial processing.
- You will prepare account statements and verify them for accuracy and completeness.
- You will maintain contact with domestic and international vendors and answer questions in a professional and service-oriented manner.
What to bring
- You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position within financial administration.
- You have an excellent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
- You work accurately and in an organized manner, maintaining a clear overview even during busy periods.
- You have strong communication skills and interact easily with colleagues and external contacts.
- You have experience with administrative systems and quickly become proficient with new software.
