What you will do

  • You will be responsible for handling first-line support requests related to ERP applications, IT infrastructures, Microsoft 365, and Azure services.
  • You will analyze and resolve issues to ensure that our organization’s operational processes continue to function optimally.
  • You will assist users with technical issues and ensure fast, customer-focused service.
  • You’ll work on challenging IT projects and contribute to the further development of our IT environment.
  • You’ll work closely with second-line colleagues, learn from their expertise, and continuously develop your skills within the field.

What you will do

  • You will be responsible for handling first-line support requests related to ERP applications, IT infrastructures, Microsoft 365, and Azure services.

What to bring

  • You must have completed an MBO-4 program, preferably in the field of IT.
  • You have an affinity for IT support and enjoy helping users with technical issues.
  • Experience managing ERP applications is a plus.
  • You’re flexible and don’t have a traditional 9-to-5 mindset.
  • You have an excellent command of Dutch; knowledge of English is a plus.
