Process Engineer
Do you have experience with logistics processes and are IT savvy?
For our Redwood/Vasco branch part of Neele-Vat, we are looking for an Engineer to improve and monitor the daily quality of our IT links, fulfillment processes and operational systems.
You will work in a nice family business where it is all about togetherness and where, in addition to hard work, it is also important to do fun things together and there is room to grow and develop.
What you will do
You ensure that new and existing customers can integrate without problems and that any disruptions are resolved quickly and structurally. You work accurately, plan ahead and direct processes.
You are critical, identify bottlenecks and ensure the quality of our services. Continuity and delivery reliability are always your main focus.
Support new and existing fulfillment customers with IT integrations.
Resolve software and hardware failures within the fulfillment process.
Optimizing systems for warehousing, order processing and shipping.
Identifying bottlenecks and translating them into concrete improvements.
Collaborate with team leaders, customer service, sales and external IT partners.
What are your main duties?
Onboarding of new fulfillment customers including IT implementation.
Supervising links between webshop/ERP and our WMS systems.
Act as IT point of contact during onboarding and migration processes.
Implementing structural improvements in processes, hardware and software.
Ensure careful handover to internal teams.
What we ask of you
Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
The ability to quickly switch between customers, colleagues and suppliers.
Minimum of MBO-4 working and thinking level and 2-5 years of relevant work experience.
Fluent in Dutch and basic knowledge of English.
