Customer Management

Within these positions, you will be in frequent contact with our customers, both by phone and email. You offer (administrative) support in the logistical processes related to the registration and cancellation of shipments. You are actually the point of contact for customers and internal colleagues and like to think along with them about appropriate solutions for where needed.
