About Neele-Vat Ocean
At Neele-Vat Ocean, we believe in the power of collaboration, innovation and customer focus. As a one-stop-shop for import, export and cross-trades, we handle both full containers and groupage ocean freight shipments as well as off-size door-to-door from and to Europe, America and Asia.
As an Inside Sales Employee, you will be the first point of contact for (potential) customers as well as our international offices and partners. You:
What you will do
Schedule appointments for our field service.
Provides after-sales and maintains customer relationships.
Negotiates with shipping companies and suppliers.
Processes purchasing agreements and sets sales rates.
You will work in a team of 13 top colleagues where you will also keep close contact with the operational departments about, for example, a customer or a specific project. Together with your colleagues you will work to achieve ambitious commercial goals.
What we ask of you
You are energetic, think in solutions and like a dynamic environment.
Furthermore, you have:
An MBO+/HBO working and thinking level.
2 to 5 years of relevant sea freight commercial experience.
Excellent command of Dutch and English.
A proactive attitude and a healthy dose of humor.
A keen eye for process improvement and customer satisfaction.
