Van der Kaa (part of Neele-Vat) is looking for a handy, enthusiastic garage employee for our location in Moordrecht. Due to expansion of our team we are looking for someone who likes to roll up their sleeves and enjoys doing varied work in and around the garage. In our garage no day is the same, so it is important that you have a flexible attitude and are a real go-getter!
What you will do
- You will perform maintenance work on trucks and trailers.
- You will make minor repairs and fix malfunctions to keep equipment operational.
- You will inspect vehicles and identify defects and discrepancies in a timely manner.
- You will perform various support activities in and around the garage.
What to bring
- You have a minimum of VMBO working and thinking level.
- You will have experience as a mechanic or a technical background.
- You are handy, work independently and pick up work proactively.
- You have a flexible work attitude and find varying working hours no problem.
- You are a real go-getter and are comfortable with physical work.
