Your role at Oostvogels
As a Road Freight Forwarder / Planner, you are the lynchpin in organizing road transports within Europe. You ensure efficient planning, competitive procurement and flawless execution of transports.
You will have daily contact with customers, carriers and internal departments and supervise shipments from A to Z.
What you will do
Taking on, coordinating and organizing road transports
Grouping shipments for optimal loading
Preparation of transport documents and preparation of import/export documents
Preparation and dispatch of quotations
Ensuring correct administrative handling
What we ask of you
MBO work and thinking level, preferably in the direction of logistics or transport
Good command of Dutch and English
Accuracy, independence and a proactive attitude
Affinity with transport planning and customer contact
