Forklift driver
Getting started as a forklift operator at a unique location on the Maasvlakte
Our Maasvlakte distribution center specializes in filling, packaging, mixing and storing liquid chemical products.
We have been operational since August 2019, filling tanker trucks and ISO containers. We work with non-hazardous materials, CMR materials and ADR goods.
You will join a small, experienced team working with filling plants. The machines are operated by our operators. As a logistics employee, you will take care of all logistical operations surrounding the filling process, such as supplying empty packages and disposing of filled drums and IBCs.
What you will do
Performing logistics operations around filling
Checking quantities against written instructions
Working with a forklift
Preparing and loading outgoing shipments
Applying labels
Ensuring a clean working environment together with your team
What we ask of you
Experience in logistics is a plus
You speak good Dutch or English and work accurately
You enjoy working together and have an eye for quality
You have extensive experience with the forklift truck
You have a valid forklift certificate
