Rotterdam Air & Sea Freight BV is a logistics forwarder specializing in air freight, sea freight and road transport. From our location in the Spaanse Polder we provide worldwide transport of ship parts. Service, flexibility and personal contact are key.
We are looking for an Export Officer Air Freight who enjoys working in a small and close-knit team, where there is an informal atmosphere and you are not a number.
What you will do
In this versatile position, you will be the point of contact for our customers and independently coordinate export and import shipments. You will ensure that everything runs smoothly and on schedule.
Maintain contact with customers, carriers, airlines and suppliers
Taking care of complete transport files
Preparation of export, transport and customs documentation
Advising customers on logistics issues and rates
What we ask of you
Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
In possession of Air Freight Clerk certificate or willing to obtain one
Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages
