Customer Operations Specialist

The feature
As a single point of contact, you will be the point of entry for customers within your branch. You work in a young and dynamic team where customer demand is key. Every day you process customer orders and answer various questions. In addition, you will actively contribute to the improvement of our work processes, how can we do even better with our team.
What you will do
Preparing transport documents and handling customs clearances
Administrative support and file management from A to Z
Answering customer questions and finding appropriate solutions
Financial processing of customer files
You will be the liaison between customer, operations and internal departments
What we ask of you
You have at least MBO working and thinking level and have:
Experience in logistics is a plus
Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages
A customer- and quality-oriented attitude
Strong planning and organizational skills
Communication strength and stress resistance
