Are you a communicative multitasker who thrives on customer contact, logistics challenges, and international collaboration? Then you’ll definitely feel right at home on Neele-Vat’s Balkan team. You’ll keep shipments to and from Poland moving, solve challenges before they become problems, and ensure our services run smoothly and professionally. In this role, you’ll combine customer focus, attention to detail, and logistics expertise—all within a close-knit, international, and growing family business.
What you will do
- You will process shipments for customers in Poland.
- You will take orders and process them accurately, both internally and externally.
- You will interact daily with customers and internal departments to ensure a smooth logistics process.
- You will identify and resolve problems and escalations in a timely and customer-focused manner.
What to bring
- You have a good command of Polish; knowledge of Dutch and/or English is a plus.
- You must have at least 1 year of experience within Customer Service or in the transportation and logistics industry.
- You are communicatively strong, shift gears quickly and think solution-oriented.
- You will work well with colleagues, but can also take on tasks independently when needed.
