Account Coordinator
Will you be our new Account Coordinator at Cruise Line Logistics in Amsterdam?
Are you a real controller who likes to keep an overview and take care of customers? For our Cruise Line Logistics branch in Amsterdam we are looking for an Account Coordinator who, together with a small, close team of 5 colleagues, will ensure flawless handling of our logistic processes.
What you will do
As an Account Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and suppliers. You ensure that everything around cruise ship logistics is taken care of down to the last detail. Think about:
Booking shipments via air freight, sea freight, road transport and courier services
Intensive communication with customers and suppliers
Administrative processing of orders and documents
Spotting deviations and proactively providing solutions
What we ask of you
MBO+/HBO working and thinking level
Experience in logistics or customer service is a plus
Customer service driven and stress resistant
Command of the Dutch and English language in both word and writing
